Instructions
Rinse the exterior of the spaghetti squash.

Lay the squash on its side and cut it into rings about 1-1.5 inches thick.
Arrange the rings on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle kosher salt on each ring and let them sit for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Dab the moisture from each ring with the cloth or paper towel.
Roast the rings for 25-30 minutes.
Use a fork to remove the squash noodles from the skin.
Serve with the sauce of your choice.
