The internet alerted me to the existence of a Shirley Temple 7UP. And I immediately lusted after that 7up. But of course it’s not AIP compliant.

Know what is though? A can of lemon lime Waterloo, a tablespoon of tart cherry juice concentrate, and a tablespoon of pomegranate molasses.

I’ve never tasted the original, so I don’t know what I’m missing. IF I’m missing anything. Well, I know I’m missing 45 grams of added sugar. All 26 grams of sugar in my mix are in context. Not added. They came with the juice 😂.

Bonus: both pomegranate juice and tart cherry juice are anti inflammatory and have antioxidants.
Now on the autoimmune protocol (AIP), we’re supposed to aspire to no more than 30g of sugar daily. So I’ll likely only do this a couple times a week. BUT I will be doing it, ya hear?
