But if you need a quick protein, this’ll do it.
Air Fryer Shrimp
Quick protein with no thawing
Equipment
- 1 air fryer
- 1 silicone spatula optional
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen shrimp peeled and deveined, 21-40 per pound
- 1 tspn The Woo
- 1 tbspn avocado oil
Instructions
- Put the shrimp, still frozen into a large bowl.
- Add the avocado oil and stir with the rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle with The Woo.
- Use the rubber spatula to distribute the seasoning.
- Add to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 400F.
- Serve with sides.
